Having a medically complex child can result in life-long specialized care. If your child is hospitalized after initial discharge, please apply for our Rehospitalization Grant. 

The loss of a child is one of the hardest things a parent can face. No words can console the grieving heart, but we hope to assist with the financial burden of funeral costs and medical bills with our Bereaved Parent Grant.
